Cresthill Resort on Placid Lake, part of the 1600 acre Tiger Cat Flowage of five connected lakes, is located 10 miles Northeast of Hayward, Wisconsin (see map page for directions).

Cresthill Resort is the doorway to a year round recreation area. The area is home to:

The resort includes a fully equiped three bedroom house as well as five deluxe two bedroom cabins.  The cottages have ramps and screened porches overlooking the lake. Wireless dsl internet service is on site.

Here you can quiet water canoe or kayak, roller ski or roller blade and bicycle on lightly used smooth black-top roads.

The Birke/Seely Hills roller classic route is nearby.  Mountain bike on the 200 mile Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association trails - ride just 15 minutes to the Hayward cluster.  Cross country ski out the door on private groomed trails or travel 10 minutes to the Birke Trail at Fish Hatchery or "OO".  Telemark, Lakewoods, Rock Lake and Mukwonago ski trails are just 20 minutes away.

We also provide a vented wax room with ski forms and irons, a bicycle mechanics area with stands and guided ski and bike tours.  Our sauna is open for your enjoyment.
